Insomnia Causes

Insomnia is not only annoying but it can also cause many different issues during the day. Insomnia can cause you to fall asleep at work or while driving because of your lack of sleep which can cause you to lose your job or even worse yet, can cause you to get into a car accident. A woman needs to find time to not only relax after a hard day but also find enough time to get the recommended 7-8 hours of sleep each night for her body to function properly all day long.

There are also several different causes of insomnia in the elderly. Many medical issues can not only cause mental stress but also stress on the body. Mental stress can cause countless hours of laying awake at night worrying about the issues you or your partner is having. Medical issues can cause pain and discomfort. Along with medical issues comes medication and many medications have side effects that will cause insomnia.
