Through our own independent data aggregation, we aspire to provide the average man and woman factual, relevant information about all things sleep. After all, the average person spends one third of their life asleep - or they should, anyway. But that isn't always the case. According to the statistics:

  • Men are getting less sleep than their female counterparts
  • Most people average between 5 and 1/2 to 6 hours of sleep at night - while doctors insist we need at least 8 to 10
  • A lack of exercise is positively correlated with a lack of healthy sleep

  • According to the CDC, people between the ages of 25 to 54 have the most trouble sleeping

We closely follow emerging data from highly respected organizations like the Center for Human Sleep Science; the National Institute of Health; the World Health Organization; and many more. We would never insult your intelligence by regurgitating the same outdated, questionably accurate information you would get from some doctor-themed daytime TV talk show. Instead, we dig into the hard science to separate truth from fiction. And we process the information we find so as to make a practical, actionable difference in your life.

But information is only half the battle. Knowing everything in the world about sleep isn't going to do a bit of good if you don't have real, tangible solutions to the problem. We use our knowledge about sleep, the importance of sleep, and how sleep works in the human body to test the solutions available today. We evaluate sleep remedies, strategies, and sleep supplements in order to help people get better quality rest. Not all sleeping products out there are created equal, and we want to help people find the solutions which will work best for them and their busy lifestyle.
